Message	my experience was 100% different. I broke one EXACTLY like that (had to look to see if that was my pic, becuase I took one). I sent my wife do the powertrain w/ the DS, they looked at it, said something like, "You put alot of power through that huh? This one is screwed. Let me get you a new one" Wife walked out w/ a brand new DS, and we had no reciept. John @ powertrain was awesome, a nice guy, and took care of us w/ no issues. Maybe being nice does get you somewhere. chris.
